Quotes, pricing, and appointments

Website prices are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle type, size, condition, location, selected services, and required labor. A quote request is not a confirmed appointment. We will review the request and confirm pricing, availability, service location, and appointment details with you.

Vehicle access and condition

You are responsible for providing safe and authorized access to the vehicle and an appropriate service location. Please remove valuables and disclose fragile components, prior damage, electrical issues, aftermarket equipment, or other conditions that may affect the service. Results may vary based on vehicle age, materials, stains, damage, prior repairs, and condition.

Cancellations and delays

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Mobile service may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SMS messaging terms

When you voluntarily opt in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Gallegos Detailing LLC at the phone number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and payment updates, service-status notifications, and customer-care communications. Message frequency varies, typically 1–6 messages per service request, and may be higher during an active conversation.

Payments

Payment is due according to the approved estimate or invoice. You are responsible for reviewing service and payment details before approval. Additional work will be discussed before it is added whenever reasonably possible.
